The end of SPACE!

We have been working on Space for a while now... We have learned about the solar system, planets, space life and much more. With each topic that we learn about there is always one big project that we all work together on to wrap it up. This time we made our very own planet! With alot of team work it turned out to be a masterpiece!

Scotts birthday

Scotts birthday at daycare!!!

Our scotty turned 5 years old a few weeks back! We were so excited to celebrate with him. He chose chocolate and vanilla cupcakes and juice for everyone!

Chloes Circle

As most of us know Chloe's mom has been taking her ECE course and is currently on her practicum. When poor mom is at home doing her homework Chloe is sneaking her materials over to daycare to share with her friend.

The other day she brought over a story about a nest on my head and seemed to know it word for word. She also brought a felt board story about a giant turnip! thanks Chloe!!!!

When did they get so big????

Since we spend alot with the children we do not always notice how much they have grown! The staff can remember the old days of four 4 year olds and 4 two year olds. Now we are a big mix of 3-6 years with the exception of two little 2 years that are on there way to the big number 3!!! Now instead of encouraging the little ones to talk we get to enjoy wonderful stories that they tell us and games they play together.

We are very happy that we have documented growth through photos and if you take the time to look back at the first few postings you to will be able to see how much these beautiful children have grown and developed over the last year that they have been at the daycare! We hope that you enjoy these moments that we have caught on film!!
